Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the wallet and paid chat. You are responsible for your mobile number, the sign-in codes sent to it and everything done in your account.

What we provide

Free Kundli, match making, horoscope and remedies content; paid chat with pandits; AI Pandit Ji and palm reading (automated, AI-generated); and downloadable reports. Pandits are independent practitioners who offer their services through our platform; they are not our employees unless we say so.

Astrology is guidance, not a guarantee

Astrology, Kundli analysis, horoscopes, totke and remedies are offered for guidance, belief and cultural interest. Nothing here is a guarantee of any outcome, and none of it is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Nuskhe are home remedies, not treatment. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters and do not make major decisions only on the basis of a chat or a report. AI replies and palm readings are automated, may contain mistakes, and are not predictions of death, illness or loss.

Wallet and pricing

• The wallet is prepaid. Money you add is used to pay for chats and other paid features and carries no interest.
• Each pandit's price per minute is shown before you start. Chat is billed per minute, in advance: the first minute is charged when the pandit accepts, then one more each minute.
• A chat ends automatically when your balance cannot pay for the next minute, or after a period without messages.
• You are not charged for requests that are declined, cancelled or not answered. If a first free minute is on offer, it applies once per customer.
• Prices may change; a change never affects a chat that has already started.

Your conduct

Do not harass or abuse pandits or staff, share unlawful, hateful or sexual content, ask for or spread harmful practices, impersonate others, try to deal with a pandit outside the platform to avoid charges, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Chats are recorded

Chats are stored and may be reviewed by our staff as described in the Privacy Policy.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

Limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a chat, report or AI reply, for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Closing your account

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. Any unused balance is handled as described in the Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [your city] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
