Information we collect

• Your mobile number and name. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number; there is no password.
• Birth details you type to make a Kundli or match two Kundlis, and the charts you choose to save to your account.
• Your chats with pandits, and your questions to AI Pandit Ji and the answers.
• Palm reading: the photo is sent to our AI service to produce the reading and is not stored by us; the written reading and your follow-up questions are saved.
• Wallet and payments: your balance, top-ups and charges. Online payments are handled by Razorpay; we receive a payment reference and the amount, and we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Technical data: basic server logs, your IP address (used to limit abuse) and one essential cookie that keeps you signed in.

Birth details and sharing

You decide what to share. A pandit can see your Kundli only if you choose to share your birth details with them in a chat. Share links you create can be switched off by you at any time. Pandits never see your mobile number.

Chats are stored and may be read by our staff

Chat messages are saved. Authorised Astro Kunji administrators may open a chat transcript to investigate a complaint, a billing dispute, abuse or a legal request; every such view is recorded in an audit log. Staff do not read chats otherwise.

AI Pandit Ji

AI Pandit Ji is an automated assistant. To answer you, your question, your Kundli data and the recent conversation are sent to our AI service provider, only for the purpose of producing your reply. The questions and answers are saved so that you can see your history. AI replies can be wrong and are not a substitute for a pandit or a professional.

How we use information

To sign you in and secure your account, calculate your charts, connect you with pandits, bill chats from your wallet, process payments and refunds, answer your messages, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• The pandit you chat with, as described above.
• Razorpay, to process payments.
• Our SMS provider, to deliver sign-in codes.
• Our AI service provider, for AI Pandit Ji and palm reading.
• Our hosting provider, who runs the servers on our behalf.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Cookies and advertising

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in; it is not used for advertising. Public pages may show ads from Google AdSense, which uses its own cookies to show and measure ads. You can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. We do not intend to show ads inside your wallet or chats.

How long we keep information

We keep your account information while your account is open. We keep chat, wallet and payment records as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes, and then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; records we must keep by law are kept only for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [your support email]. You can also delete saved Kundlis from your account.

Security

Connections use HTTPS, sign-in codes are stored only as hashes, and access to the admin panel is limited to authorised staff and logged. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your phone and sign-in codes private.

Children

Paid chat and the wallet are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
